We are looking to recruit an organised, confident and experienced candidate to manage the on-site day to day operations of The Loft Resteraunt.

 

We are looking for an individual who is passionate for the industry and will provide a high level of service. The candidate must be an experienced bar person and available to work flexible hours including weekends and primarily evenings.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer service.

• Managing a team of staff, organising and co-ordinating rotas.

• Daily cashing up, cash handling and operating the till system.

• Opening and closing of the business.

• Serving alcohol and complying with ID checks.

• Ensuring health and safety, hygiene and licensing guidelines are always adhered to.

• Maintaining bar records and checklists.

• Managing stock rotation, replenishment and deliveries.

• Complying with all food and beverage regulations.
